The Premise
I started The Kno as a passion project—after years as a fashion editor and founder—because I wanted something I couldn't find: an edgier alternative to workout clothes or loungewear. A more intentional version of my everyday uniform—jeans and a white tee.
Inside the fashion industry—at Condé Nast (Lucky), Time Inc. (InStyle), and PaperCity—I understood how style is created and sold. But I also saw the gap. The women I knew weren't struggling with taste. They were struggling with time.
I spent years in New York understanding how style works. When I moved to Texas, I started understanding how women actually live.
Getting dressed had become one more decision in a day full of them.
The Kno is designed to remove that.
We create clothing as a system—refined, versatile pieces that work together without effort. So instead of standing in front of a closet full of options, you have a wardrobe that already makes sense. Pieces that can take you wherever your day goes—without needing to change, rethink, or start over.
It's one less thing to think about. One less decision to make. One more piece of your day handled.
Because the women we design for don't need more choices. They need more headspace—for the things that actually matter.
This is what I wanted in my own life. So I built it—right here in Texas, where we design and manufacture every piece.

The Promise
You have a full life. Your wardrobe should keep up.
THE KNO designs smart sets and re-engineered classics that integrate seamlessly—so you can focus on everything else. Designed and made in Texas.
Structured. Versatile. Intentional.
Wear it with a blazer. Wear it with a sneaker. Either way, it works. Because the foundation is solid. We build pieces that act as a canvas—not a costume.
Clothing that supports your style without competing with it. Built to integrate. Built to keep up.
Life is complicated. Clothes shouldn't be.
